It was drizzling when i met her at the void deck at her house. She was wearing this teddy t-shirt on purpose to make me look older as people around her are starting to comment that she doesn't look much younger beside a young looking me. "So are we still going Sentosa?"....i'm glad i said yes cos it turned out to be a wonderful date. We ran under some rain to get to the MRT station and she lied on my shoulder all the way to harbourfront while we enjoy some michael buble. "Home" turns out to be her fav. too. Anyway, the rain hasn't stop so we made our way to the Underwater world. hhmmmm...thats something i wouldn't do normally, paying $ to see fishes trapped in a gigantic aquarium isn't really my cup of tea. But we ended up dancing on the moving track that’s goes thru the glass tunnel. Yup, everyone around us disappeared in our eyes as we indulge in our little world. After we embarrassed ourselves enuff...haha....we went to the Dolphin Lagoon to see the pink dolphins! The show was nearly cancelled due to the rain but somehow they decide to go on with the show. The dolphins are really smart and they have lots of tricks up their sleeves. But like Larrisa said, they seem less enthusiastic maybe because of the rain. After a good show, we continued with some sight-seeing by the beach, finally spending an hour plus at the viewing tower looking at the sea and enjoying the cold, after-rain breeze till we got hungry. Thus, we started walking aimlessly as it gets darker and darker.....juz when i tot i'm lost...we saw the Merlion and after asking for some directions, we ended up at the Musical Fountain juz in time for the show. See wat i mean when i say wonderful date, nothing can go wrong...After the show, we went back to Tampines for a meet-the mum-session... ...home 1.30am... ...

Well, who dares to doubt the unity of Xcel!!! Haha...the day after Alfred gave us the nonsense cut...the day after we left Juice Asia...the day after we apologise the guys that we left so adruptly...The whole of Xcel did not turn up for work and we went PS to watch a Chinese Tall Story! Met up with Beng, Andy and Darren for Big Splash. Took a bus down to Katong. Bus 12. A bus I use to take everyday for 10 years. You see, both my schools, Fowlie Primary and Tanjong Katong Secondary are located in that area. So you can say I have deep feelings for that place. On the way, I rekindled a long lost hobby, listening to songs on a bus ride. It was something I enjoy from deep inside, enjoying beautiful songs as the world fly past the bus's big windows. *So happy* More memories when I got down the bus, some small changes have taken place here and there. I use to walk 1 bus stop up from KSC to buy comics at a small provision shop before taking bus home at the bus stop in front. The building was torn down. No more. Katong Shopping Centre is yellow and maroon now compared to it being blue and white in the past. Use to play alot of pool with Wilfred, Riguang and Zhiwei there, MechMaster. Other than that, nothing much has changed. Went past Roxy Square too, Shyna's mum use to have a saloon there. It’s at a lane that connects to Marine Parade, talk about lane of memories...haha. Finally got to East Coast on foot, took me half an hour. Turned out that the Big Splash Slide is close on weekdays! How disappointing so we dipped in the water the rest of the day and talked about life. Relaxing! Then we went back to Katong for Laksa. Nearly forgot how good it tasted. Gotta bring the gang there next time round! So delicious, I forgot to take pictures. Will do that next time....

New Layout!!!

Finally got a new layout. The previous layout allows me to load up a bigger picture size but it was far too messy and some of the links were failing. I do not have complete control over the placement of the items and this fustrated me alot. Furthermore, the codings were all messed up thus, making it very difficult to add new functions. Went shopping the whole day with my mum! When it comes to shopping, she can walk non-stop, even fitter than most NSmen. Not that i've match many musicals but the voice and pitch of the cast were near flawless. Karen Mok plays the female lead Mimi, a dancer with Aids and a drug problem. Its refreshing to see a familiar asian pop star matching up to the broadway stars. The original opened in 1996 and went on to nab the Pulitzer Prize for drama and the Tony Awards for Best Musical, Best Score, Best Book and Best Featured Actor in a Musical that year. I went home to read the story from the official website and realised i did not catch some of the plot and did not read deeper into some of the scenes. Guess i still have much to learn about art. Still, i enjoyed the show. Thx sis!

Wow! What i night it was! Was down @ Phuture with Beng, Andy, Eddy, Jerry, Adrian, YingX2 and Yiliang. Many familiar faces there and we all had fun together. Tingli was there too with vivienna, yvonne Jennifer and Sze Jia, the birthday girl~ We got everybody to wish her Happy Birthday and i think she must have at least got twenty over wishes:) Special thanks to the CEDi guys for being such a big and sporting pack! Took a cab down with Shyna and at Zouk entrance, we ran into McCartney and Edwin~ Also got to meet up with Dawn and i think she's a little tipsy cos she was giggling the whole night. she should be in Bangkok now, imagine club the night before then wake up the next morning to go holiday......*admire*

After Zouk, we went down to Living Room @ Merriot. JingHui was half drunk but he insisted on coming wif us so poor Roy had to take care of him all the way...haha...Had breakfast at Mac before heading home~ ......home 7 plus morning.....end of a good outing....

Well as you can see, mixed reviews. Some of my colleagues who watch the show with mi fell asleep mid-way into the show but personally, I LOVE IT! Fast and vibrant paced, keeping the audience at the edge of their seat thru-out the show. A well-blended mix of action, suspense, romance with a little touch of humour....If this is the standard for the future installations to follow, Harry Potter might well be here to stay for a long time:) Highly recommended.

Yup, finally finish the 16 day Taiwan package. The 16 days have been a mixture of bitterness and sweet fun. Reached home on Wednesday then slept the whole day. Went KTV with Wilfred, Shyna, Tingli, Roy and Vincent the next day.....Fell Sick on Saturday. Turns out to be traveller's flu.....vomitting, fever...etc...Just got better so gonna meet up with some friends the next couple of days...

It feels great to be home!

The time now is 2:00PM sunday. In another approx. 11 hrs time, i'll be on the plane to Taiwan for 2 weeks+++ of training. Really reluctant to go after i heard how cold its going to be there at night, could go as low as 12 degrees on the mountain top.....sianz...Can't take cold....Argh!!!....Will have three days of R&R at the end of the 16 days....In my opinion it's still not worth....*glaze down*..hmph....not worth all...the *glaze down again*

....all the *glaze up* ...sufferings that we have to go....hm....through......Be back in a fortnight's time:) In the meantime, miss me!!!

Look at this pix!!! Damn cool and funny right!!! Hahaha.....These are all my beloved fellow specs from 6SIR Recce Platoon. They are a bunch of monkeys who will do anything idiotic as long as its worth a laugh. We played 4-on-4 volley ball Did a bit of canoe-ing and swimming. Wanted to do some suntanning but the sun wasn't that strong that day, so we went to bury Darren in the sand and make him a realli big MANHOOD....haha.... Do acrobatic stunts on the beach and make movies using our camera phone with mi sweeping all the guys into the sea with a single wave of the hand....quite funny!....Yup, the whole day we did mostly dumb and stupid stuffs. But these are the memories we will hold dear to us many years down the road when we're older and have our own family.....we're look back to this photo and go "Yup! I was young and silly once too"......

Hang out wif Miss Dawn at her place's void deck to chat after the KTV session. Drank some vodka mudshake which is quite nice xcept its a little too sweet for our taste and she stole some beer from her dad's stash....haha.....Both of us have something on the next day but we stayed up til 5 plus.........the next day she missed her class and i was late for Sentosa.....talk about poor time management....haha

Well, book-out from camp at around 7pm so went for dinner wif beng, andy and bin wen. Got a call from my beloved sis so i ended up at Zouk wif moi sis and her friends. All pretty ladies so i was a little nervous at first...haha:) Anyway, met up wif Shyna and being the nice and kind girl, she signed mi in. Thanks alot girl cos the queue that day was a killer! Saw lots of celebrities that day, including Le Yao, Fiona Xie.....My sis saw and talk to Benedict Goh! The whole night, i was hopping between Phuture and Velvet. my sis's friends turns out to be very nice people and i really enjoyed myself. Amanda, Viviana, Yvonne......and oso my sis who was trying hard to make mi fit in there....haha.....Over at Phuture, Shyna was unusually high for some reason...haha....boy she can really dance when she's tipsy.....Saw Sok Han and her friends there too.....After everything, viviana, my sis and i went down to Living Room @ Meriott Hotel which opens til 7am, they serve really good red wine and it's only for $14.50! But i didn't really care cos i was so tired so i rested at the hotel lobby most of the time there. Had an interesting encounter while i was there, after that we all went home after a McDonald Breakfast...............home 7plus in the morning......slept w/o bathing....hehe

After a long day in J.B., we'll supposed to be really tired and heading home but guess who i got a surprise msg from, Dawn!! a.k.a "Tian Liang Mei". Know her in TP when our courses share the same LT. "So you approached her?" you guys might think. well, we know each other in a more complex way. I wanted to know her then but did not have the courage to walk up to her and introduce myself....*yes, i'm bo-chee....* IRC was popular then so i occasionally go online to chat up with my classmates and people from my Sec. school. Got to know 'Snowgal' and it turns out to be Dawn's classmate so i started to talk to her on a frequent bases, sometimes asking how is Dawn and all.....To cut the long story short.....Snowgal was actually Dawn and i embaressed myself totally....haha....but we became good friends. Anyway, we went to KTV wif Wilfred & Co and do a bit of catching up.....Seems she's doing well....piano teacher. Cool! Bought some DVDs and games at Holiday Plaza before going to Tama for Dinner:) It was fun, but it'll be more fun if Angi was around.....

My Mum

Yup, this lady here is my mother. Her hobbies are to nag at us when we're at home, sing karaoke on our home theater system and shopping. She doesn't smoke, drink or play mahjong....you can say she's a typical house wife. Our mum doesn't exactly have a very good childhood and even as a young adult, she has already started to bear the household burdens together wif my grandmother whose a single parent. In the end, she married a capable and responsible man(my father) and now she's enjoying the life as a "tai tai". Even so, money cannot buy everything, espicially to my mum whose upbringing taught her that kinship is the most important thing in the world. Since the rest of us are all busy with school and work, mum can be quite lonely at times. I confess that i've been a selfish person all my life when it comes to family matters but i really treasure my mum, believes that the person who loves me most in the world is my mum. Some of you might call me a mama's boy but deep in ur hearts u know your mum feels that wat towards u too...Suddenly started thinking of these things when i help my mum fill in a online form, realised she's really old le although she doesn't look like it.....i'm not exactly a kid anymore, 22 le and its high time i did something for my family. Been trying to spend more time wif my mum and make her happy.:) Took her to K-Box today and she's really happy!!! Many thanks to Wilfred Riguang and Angi for accompanying us:)

Wondered what i've been up to lately?? Watching Hongkong Serials...haha....I had the idea when i was at home nearly bored to death since nobody's free...planning to watch A Date With A Vampire which is showing on air now but being the impatient kind, i decided to rent. When i got to the shop, i realised there's 2 parts before this. So i rented the whole of part 1......24 disc in all......

When i got home, i tot i play a little PS2 before i start watching. Dug out one of my old RPG game which i did not complete due to time contriants then....bad mistake...i got hooked there for 4HRs.....Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time. Definitely one of the best RPG game i've played...Yup! So now, i'm home "busy" everyday!!! So happy!!

Lee's Birthday!!!!

Well, the story begins from 6.45pm when we went back to the office after a hard day's work on the field. We changed out of our dirty and smelly polo-tees and into our shirts, all ready to have fun!!! Met up with the girls, Angi, Stella, Rain....etc and we went for dinner. Went to this Thai restaurant near our office called "Thai Smile Cafe" for makan, food: so-so, ambience: so-so, waitress: Quite cute...haha...

Birthday gift from the rest of F4!!! Off with that dirty, smelly lace.....Yup, that looks much better. Hope you ~~like~~ love it!!!!

The story continues with us having a quick Thai dinner and everybody's ready to give Lee an unforgettable birthday!!!

MW as packed by 11pm and the crowd was saucy:P Lee's Uni friends were there too but didn't manage to get their pictures taken.....sorry. There was the Lychee Martini Cake specially ordered by Angi. Then we took turn to give Lee a birthday toast. First, Lee took a Whiskey niche from F4, then a toast of Jim Beam Green Tea from the girls in Dynamic, then from this friend Francis, then back to us with Whiskey niche again, then Jim Beam Coke, then this uni friends came and gave him another toast, then back to another niche........i think you got the idea. By 12pm, he was in the toilet begging for forgiveness!!! (not true) hahaa..... but we continued with our attack and we managed to get him to slip in somemore sex on the beach by getting some ladies to give him a birthday toast! (true) Thx Auburn, Law and Joclyn for helping out:) Story ended before 1.30AM:)

Hey hey, went to the field today after so long. Met up with Javien early in the morning to go ofiice, along the way, he bombarded me with all sorts of negativity and difficulties we're going to encounter later. Damn him....haha...lower my already low confidence of the field. Had prime time in our new boat quay office for the first time. The atmosphere was different but !!!Excitement!!! was still in the air. Went out with Javien and our new Xcel gal, Dominique (a.k.a Do-mi-ni-"kueh"), she gets really pissed when we call her that. Well, set our team goal (Tommy $84 Javien $84 Dominique $58) and guess wat, Alfred decides to throw a bonus for the best team. Needless to say, our team grabbed all the bonus and its a hefty $446 for us all:) Got the Xcel poster to boat quay office finally. Hopefully, this will be the kick off point for Xcel to many other future successes!!! at night, went for a drink at one of the bar along Boat Quay.....knock out on bed.....3.30AM.....

Finally after 2 years of waiting, i'm finally at home slacking away, clearing my ORD leave. I've dream of this day since the my first day of BMT but it doesn't taste as sweet as i expected. That's life, when u want something too bad for too long, your expectations often goes unfulfilled. I'll be free till end of September but less than a week into my leave, i'm already BORED!! There's simply nothing to do around here. All my friends are either working or in the army, i spend my days lying around, surfing net, playing games.....basically wasting my life away. I need new directions in life.

Hasn't been a very good day for me....Changed my bank account 3 weeks ago so i could get a UOB Visa Mini which looked soooooo...cool! Unfortunately i forgot to update my bank particulars at MIW so i'll have to wait a week or 2 more to get my pay!!! *deserve a bang on the head* Quarrelled wif Angi over some stupid issues again. Been making her upset alot of late, *sigh* i'm a lousy boyfriend. Realised that Blurg doesn't hold the file forever...means that all the video files i uploaded are lost!! This upkeeping of the blog thing is too time consuming....maybe i should be less ambitious and just stick to words and pictures.

Army Half Marathon

Imagine having to book into camp which we all dread as early as 7pm on a saturday to sleep, so that you could wake up 3AM the next morning to run a 21KM. Total turn off... Ran anyway, totally unprepared for this run so was struggling towards the end...haha.....think i had at leat 5 leg cramps along the way... Managed to complete it under 2hr 30min which will entitle you to a lousy medal... Promised myself this will be the furthest i'll ever run for the rest of my life!!!

Gone to the office today to discuss stuffs with my boss, no major conflicts this time unlike the other day, we managed to iron out some issues. Have been meeting up frequently with my 3 very good friends lately. We have always been there for each other when anyone of us encounter problems be it relationship or money matters. As our ORD date is getting nearer, we find ourselves sitting down and game-planning for our business more. We foresee the tough days that are ahead of us but good things never come easy. We're going to work hard to crave a carrer for ourselves. Just want to let you guys know, really appreciate having you guys in my life and nothing is a problem if we work as one!!! Cheers....

Yup its official. I'll be going Taiwan for ROC on 30th October. It'll be a 15 day package with 3 day R&R (free time). Dunno y but i'm suddenly really excited about the trip. In camp, we've been discussing about all the cute taiwanese girls we'll find and all the food we're going to eat there. But the training is going to be tough as well but i'll be an experience for us. After this i'll have finish my NSF liabilities, time to live my life the way i want it to be!!!! Yoo Hoo...!!

Yeah! Finally completed our 32Km road march and attained our CSB badge. Congratulations to all my fellow specs who got the badge. It wasn't an easy feat and i personalyy felt the badge was well earned. Got back to our bunk around 11pm...29 hours after we move out from camp for the walk. Everybody was really worn-out from the march but we still stayed up to reward ourselves wif some delivery MacDonald!!!! Quickly took some pictures, won't be having as many such group scenes when i ORD.....

Haha....We're involved in the Minister Visit again and poor Ben is the main terrorist this time round. His van will crash pass the gates and he will be shot down by snipers when he threaten them with his strapped on bombs.......We went to get the kind of fake blood they use in magic tricks and the effect is quite good. Supposingly we should be in the ORD mood liao but work kept piling up. There's even a chance that we will have to go Taiwan for training and we might have to fight Atech at the end of the year....sigh...lets hope all these arrows will go away..

Today we went down to Pasir Lebar Camp to learn this new technology call "skyline". It allows the user to create a 3D virtual world, and using ariel maps and ground knowledge, we can actually recreate Orchard Road and take a 3D tour. Sounds cool huh! But we ended up playing with the graphical possibilities than learning how to deploy this software in our survillence operation:P

Took a group picture for the guys and realised that i have been in 6SIR recce for almost 1.5 years. The friendship we share is very strong and i realised that i'll realli miss them when we ORD. For now, i'll just take as much pix as i can of this special 2 years of my life!!

Well, not exactly all of us were there though its a company cohesion due to some last minute deployment (Damn the Army) but we had fun anyway!!! We played basketball at a half court there. its pretty cool to see us all in surf shorts, shades, caps, accessories playing there, almost like a scene from the game Street NBA V3.....hehe .....Realli regret not taking some photos then. We got to know these two gal from canada, Belle & Mellisa, played beach ball together. they're even better then us, sad to say. there're juz 17 too......

Yeah! Its National Day! Went down to Dynamic Asia @ around 1p.m to have a potluck party wif the guys. Woke up too late that day to prepare anything so drove down to a nearby food factory to get some nonya kueh...hehe...u can say its a lazy man's method. Anyway, our kueh did not do very well as there are too many delicious goodies there liao... ...Chicken wings, taiwan sausages, roast meat, roast duck, sotong ball, curry chicken, cold logan dessert, sandwiches and cakes!!!

Paris Hilton did a commercial for this fastfood outlet, so hot that they had to censor it....check it out at http://www.carlsjr.com/home (under Paris Hilton ad spoof) Didn't take me long to head down for some burgers when i heard that they have an oulet here in town. So i went down marina square with aNgI. Carl's Jr looks damn unhealthy, but i ate it anyway....double bacon cheese burger, chilli cheese fries, grilled BBQ chicken burger.....De-Li-Cious!!!

After Carls we went to KTV at Suntec wif my good brother Wilfred and Karen xiao-jie. Quite an enjoyable session singing our favourite songs and duets:) Its been sometime since we go KTV and Wilfred gets to do a duet...haha.... On the way back camp, we ran into DOREMON!! This life size doremon is outside Action City. We can't resist the temptation to take a photo wif 'it' even wif the wierd looks we get from passer-bys. by the way, when i say new friend, i'm not refering to doremon....
